About Lantern Church
Lantern Church is an Anglican church plant led by Rev. Paul Foster and based in Bedworth. It is currently under the oversight of Bedworth Parish and Rev. Dave Poultney. Services and outreach activities started in January 2023 and continue to grow and develop. We feel a sense of God’s favour and blessing in all our activities and services.
We hold that strong administration and operational leadership are foundational to the flourishing of the church as a whole, and therefore essential to us at Lantern Church. As Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians 12, the spiritual gift of administration is vital to the life of a church. People with this gift can organise and direct others, and implement plans that support and shape church ministry. As such, we see this position as having a key role in the leadership of Lantern Church.
About You
As Operations Manager, you will provide effective administration and co-ordination of day-to-day operations within the church. You will be a key face and voice of the church to the wider community, allowing us to bless and serve our local community in Bedworth.

You will have a vibrant and active Christian faith, and a secure understanding of the Christian faith and ability to engage with children and families in faith issues.
